We currently ship within the Netherlands and selected international destinations. If your location isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us for custom delivery options.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • EU Countries: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on location and customs)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs clearance.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may apply for qualifying orders or promotions.

5. Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can monitor your parcel’s journey in real time.

6. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. TK Collections is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional fees may apply).

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
